Nedohin responded with a 5-3 win over Deanne Nichol (Peace River, AB). Nedohin won 4-3 against EunJung Kim (GyeongBuk, KOR), then won 5-4 against Valerie Sweeting (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.

Nedohin earned 11.550 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Pomeroy Inn & Suites Prairie Showdown, remaining in 9th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 231.720 total points. Nedohin ranks 14th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 87.470 points earned so far this season.
