Moore finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Moore defeated Daylan Vavrek (Dawson Creek, BC) 7-3, then won 7-4 against Brett Vavrek (Sexsmith, AB) and 5-4 against Mark Pillsworth (Grande Prairie, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Stonebridge Hotel Curling Classic - Competitive, Moore take home 1.750 world rankings points along with the $2,000CDN prize, moving up 292 spots the World Ranking Standings into 230th place overall with 1.750 total points. Moore ranks 128th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 1.750 points earned so far this season.
