Chad Stevens (Halifax, NS) won 4-3 over Mark Kehoe (Halifax, NS) in the Final of the Truro Cashspiel, held December 13 - 15, 2013 at the Truro Curling Club in Truro, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Stevens won 4-2 over Doug MacKenzie (Halifax, NS) in the semifinals of the 2013 Truro Cashspiel in Truro, Nova Scotia, Canada; and won 6-4 over Marc LeCocq (Moncton, NB) in the quarterfinals.
 
Stevens finished 3-2 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Stevens lost 6-2 to LeCocq, then responded with a 7-1 win over Adam Prosser (Halifax, NS). Stevens won 9-5 against Scott Babin (Halifax, NS), then won 4-2 against Andrew Symonds (St. John's, NL). Stevens went on to lose 6-5 against MacKenzie in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Truro Cashspiel Championship title, Stevens earned 2.500 world rankings points along with the $2,400CDN first prize cheque, moving up 26 spots the World Ranking Standings into 127th place overall with 8.625 total points. Stevens ranks 98th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 7.250 points earned so far this season.
