In their opening game, Jones lost 11-10 to Shawna Jensen (Victoria, BC), droppimg another game, 8-2 to Jody Maskiewich (New Westminster, BC) where Jones responded with a 11-0 win over Roberta Kuhn (Vernon, BC). Jones went on to lose 10-5 against Maskiewich in their final qualifying round match.
