Girard went on to lose 7-3 against Sarah Dumais (Levis, PQ). Girard responded with a 7-5 win over Taylor MacKay (St-Lambert, PQ). Girard went on to lose 9-8 against Laura Guenard (Dolbeau, PQ) in their final qualifying round match.
