Kesa Van Osch (Victoria, BC) won 5-4 over Kelly Scott (Kelowna, BC) in the Final of the BC Scotties, held January 6 - 12, 2014 in Prince George, British Columbia.
 
Van Osch finished 8-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Van Osch defeated Amy Gibson (Vancouver, BC) 6-5, then won 14-7 against Shawna Jensen (Victoria, BC). Van Osch went on to lose 11-6 against Sarah Wark (Victoria, BC). Van Osch responded with a 7-6 win over Allison MacInnes (Abbotsford, BC). Van Osch won 8-4 against Marla Mallett (Surrey, BC), then won 9-6 against Tracey Jones (Prince George, BC) and 9-6 against Patti Knezevic (Prince George, BC). Van Osch won 4-3 against Karla Thompson (Kamloops, BC), then won 6-3 against Scott in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the BC Scotties Championship title, Van Osch earned 4.000 world rankings points, moving up 40 spots the World Ranking Standings into 119th place overall with 6.088 total points. Van Osch ranks 82nd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 5.500 points earned so far this season.
