Vukich won 11-2 against Clay Osterhaus (Dalton, WI) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the USA Junior Men's Championship Championship title, Vukich earned 8.000 world rankings points, moving up 75 spots the World Ranking Standings into 115th place overall with 12.250 total points.
