Anderson finished 8-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Anderson defeated Shelby Sweet (Everett, WA) 10-8, then won 12-3 against Courtney Osbakken (Two Harbors, MN) and 15-2 against Melissa Runing (Mankato, MN). Anderson went on to lose 11-4 against Jenna Haag (Milton, WI). Anderson responded with a 9-6 win over Christensen. Anderson won 10-4 against Abigayle Lindgren (Grand Forks, ND), then won 10-3 against Kaitlin Fowler (Fairbanks, AK) and 11-2 against Sidney Schroeder (Midland, MI). Anderson won 7-2 against Christine McMakin (North Potomac, MD) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the USA Junior Women's Championship, Anderson take home 5.000 world rankings points, moving up 44 spots the World Ranking Standings into 90th place overall with 10.125 total points. Anderson ranks 73rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 8.125 points earned so far this season.
