Montgomery won 8-6 against Perepolkin, then won 9-8 against Neil Dangerfield (Victoria, BC) and 12-6 against Richard in their final qualifying round match.
With their runner-up finish at the CDI BC Provincial Championship, Montgomery take home 6.050 world rankings points, moving up 105 spots the World Ranking Standings into 133rd place overall with 8.688 total points. Montgomery ranks 105th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 7.300 points earned so far this season.
