Grattan won 8-3 against Eddie MacKenzie (Charlottetown, PEI), then won 8-3 against Jamie Koe (Yellowknife, Y/NWT) and 6-5 against Jamie Murphy (Lower Sackville, NS). Grattan won 9-7 against Steve Laycock (Saskatoon, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
