Tirinzoni finished 2-2 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Tirinzoni lost 6-3 to Chelsea Carey (Edmonton, AB), then responded with a 6-5 win over Sherry Middaugh (Coldwater, Ontario, ON). Tirinzoni won 8-5 against Homan. Tirinzoni went on to lose 9-5 against Alina Paetz (Baden Regio, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.
