Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI) qualified for the 2014 Masters of Curling playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 8-3 against Rachel Homan (Ottawa, ON). of the 2014 Masters of Curling in Selkirk, Manitoba;

Tirinzoni finished 2-2 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Tirinzoni lost 6-3 to Chelsea Carey (Edmonton, AB), then responded with a 6-5 win over Sherry Middaugh (Coldwater, Ontario, ON). Tirinzoni won 8-5 against Homan. Tirinzoni went on to lose 9-5 against Alina Paetz (Baden Regio, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.

Tirinzoni earned 18.000 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Masters of Curling, remaining in 5th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 215.275 total points. Tirinzoni ranks 2nd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 84.710 points earned so far this season.
