To advance to the championship game, Kaufman won 9-7 over Nadine Chyz (Calgary, AB) in the semifinals of the 2014 Shamrock Shotgun By DG Valve Systems in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; and won 7-3 over Rebecca Pattison (Calgary, AB) in the quarterfinals. of the 2014 Shamrock Shotgun By DG Valve Systems in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada;
 
Kaufman finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kaufman defeated Stephanie Prinse (Chilliwack, BC) 4-3, then went on to lose 8-5 against Alison Kotylak (Edmonton, AB). Kaufman responded with a 7-0 win over Korea's Suji Kim. Kaufman won 5-3 against Saskatchewan's Jill Shumay in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Shamrock Shotgun By DG Valve Systems Championship title, Kaufman earned 3.950 world rankings points along with the $3,200CDN first prize cheque, moving up 16 spots the World Ranking Standings into 70th place overall with 12.369 total points. Kaufman ranks 44th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 8.515 points earned so far this season.
