Brent Pierce (Kelowna , BC) won 5-3 over Sean Geall (New Westminster, BC) in the Final of the Hub International Crown of Curling, held October 17 - 20, 2014 at the Kamloops Curling Club in Kamloops, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Pierce won 5-3 over Mark Johnson (Edmonton, AB) in the semifinals of the 2014 Hub International Crown of Curling in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada; and won 4-2 over Dean Joanisse (New Westminster, BC) in the quarterfinals. of the 2014 Hub International Crown of Curling in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada;
 
Pierce finished 3-2 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Pierce lost 6-5 to Johnson, droppimg another game, 7-5 to British Columbia's Sebastien Robillard where Pierce responded with a 8-2 win over Glen Jackson (Victoria, BC). Pierce won 8-2 against Jamie Sexton (Vernon, BC), then won 9-6 against Washington's Brady Clark in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Hub International Crown of Curling Championship title, Pierce earned 7.350 world rankings points along with the $9,000CDN first prize cheque, moving up 9 spots the World Ranking Standings into 44th place overall with 29.972 total points. Pierce ranks 28th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 15.565 points earned so far this season.
