Adam Casey (Charlottetown, PEI) lost 7-5 to Mike Flemming (Halifax, NS) in the Final of the Dave Jones Molson Mayflower Cashspiel, held October 30 - November 2, 2014 in Halifax, Nova Scotia. To advance to the championship game, Casey won 6-5 over Jeremy Mallais (Moncton, NB) in the semifinals of the 2014 Dave Jones Molson Mayflower Cashspiel in Halifax, Nova Scotia; and won 5-3 over Tommy Sullivan (Halifax, NS) in the quarterfinals. of the 2014 Dave Jones Molson Mayflower Cashspiel in Halifax, Nova Scotia;

Casey finished 3-1 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Casey defeated Andy McCann (Fredericton, NB) 5-4, then won 7-4 against Sullivan. Casey went on to lose 7-3 against Alan O'Leary (Halifax, NS). Casey responded with a 8-5 win over McCann in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Dave Jones Molson Mayflower Cashspiel, Casey take home 5.005 world rankings points along with the $3,000CDN prize, remaining in 18th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 85.591 total points. Casey ranks 14th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 49.255 points earned so far this season.
