Arsenault finished 2-2 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Arsenault defeated Nancy McConnery (Dartmouth, NS) 6-2, then went on to lose 6-5 against O'Rourke. Arsenault responded with a 8-5 win over Shannon Tatlock (Moncton, NB). Arsenault went on to lose 5-3 against Jocelyn Nix (Kentville, NS) in their final qualifying round match.
