Alan O'Leary (Halifax, NS) run at the 2014 Curl Atlantic Championship came to an end in the semifinals with a 8-2 loss to Adam Casey (Charlottetown, PEI).

O'Leary finished 4-0 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, O'Leary defeated Mark Dacey (Halifax, NS) 6-4, then won 7-2 against Ian Fitzner-Leblanc (Halifax, NS) and 8-4 against Andy McCann (Fredericton, NB). O'Leary won 9-2 against Jamie Newson (Charlottetown, PEI) in their final qualifying round match.

O'Leary earned 2.500 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Curl Atlantic Championship, moving up 381 spots the World Ranking Standings into 177th place overall with 2.500 total points. O'Leary ranks 28th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 2.500 points earned so far this season.
