Jean-Michel Menard (Gatineau, QC) won 5-2 over Don Bowser (Kingston, ON) in the Final of the Challenge Casino de Charlevoix, held November 27 - 30, 2014 in Clermont, Quebec. To advance to the championship game, Menard won 7-1 over Andy McCann (Fredericton, NB) in the semifinals of the 2014 Challenge Casino de Charlevoix in Clermont, Quebec; and won 6-3 over James Grattan (Saint John, NB) in the quarterfinals.
 
Menard finished 3-0 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Menard defeated Nicholas Backman (Montreal, QC) 7-2, then won 5-1 against Ghyslain Richard (Quebec, QC) and 7-1 against Kevin Saccary (Halifax, NS) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Challenge Casino de Charlevoix Championship title, Menard earned 9.100 world rankings points along with the $12,000CDN first prize cheque, remaining in 17th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 115.440 total points. Menard ranks 18th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 46.200 points earned so far this season.
