Max Kirkpatrick (Swift Current, SK) finished 8-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kirkpatrick defeated Wade Kingdon (Iqaliut, NU) 9-2, then won 6-4 against Gary Oke (Corner Brook, NL) and 7-4 against Brent MacDougall (Halifax, NS). Kirkpatrick won 5-3 against Colin Koivula (Thunder Bay, NONT). Kirkpatrick went on to lose 7-6 against Jamie Newson (Charlottetown , PEI). Kirkpatrick lost 6-5 to Chris Gardner (Ottawa, ON) where Kirkpatrick responded with a 8-3 win over Tom Wharry (Montreal, QC). Kirkpatrick won 6-3 against Jamie Koe (Yellowknife, NT), then won 6-4 against Wes Craig (Mill Bay, BC) and 8-5 against Jared Kolomaya (Gimli, MB) in their final qualifying round match.

. For week of the event schedule, Kirkpatrick did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Kirkpatrick ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
