After advancing directly to the championship game, Rachel Homan (Ottawa, ON) lost 6-3 to Val Sweeting (Edmonton, AB) in the Final of the Home Hardware Canada Cup of Curling, held December 3 - 7, 2014 in Camrose, Alberta.

Homan won 7-6 against Sweeting. Homan went on to lose 8-3 against Sherry Anderson (Saskatoon, SK). Homan responded with a 9-4 win over Jennifer Jones (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
