Lewis won 9-3 against Julie Herndier (Surrey, BC), then won 10-4 against Amy Gibson (Vancouver, BC) and 6-5 against Stephanie Prinse (Chilliwack, BC). Lewis won 10-8 against Shimizu in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the BC Scotties Open Event #2, Lewis take home 1.750 world rankings points, moving up 125 spots the World Ranking Standings into 179th place overall with 1.750 total points. Lewis ranks 125th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 1.750 points earned so far this season.
