To advance to the championship game, DeJong won 7-4 over Selena Sturmay (Airdrie, AB) in the semifinals of the 2015 Alberta Junior Womens Championship in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada;
 
DeJong finished 5-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, DeJong lost 9-6 to Kellie Henricks (Edmonton, AB), then responded with a 14-0 win over Kelsey Dixon (Calgary, AB). DeJong won 8-6 against McKenna Jones (Strathmore, AB), then won 10-7 against Chantele Broderson (Edmonton, AB). DeJong went on to lose 6-2 against Rocque. DeJong responded with a 10-5 win over Kayla Skrlik (Falher, AB). DeJong won 6-4 against Sturmay in their final qualifying round match.
