Sean Murray (Madison, WI) finished 8-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Murray defeated Robert Melville (Wayland, MA) 8-1, then won 11-4 against Darrick Kizlyk (Denver, CO) and 6-3 against Evan Workin (Fargo-Moorhead, ND). Murray went on to lose 8-1 against Randy Baird (Bemidji, MN). Murray responded with a 10-9 win over Greg Persinger (Fairbanks, AK). Murray won 7-5 against Stephanie Jensen (Hollywood, CA), then won 7-3 against Stu Cohen (Columbus, OH) and 7-5 against Brady Clark (Seattle, WA). Murray won 8-3 against Greg Wilson (Chicago, IL) in their final qualifying round match.

. For week of the event schedule, Murray did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Murray ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
