In their opening game, Pierce lost 5-4 to Chase Martyn (New West, BC), droppimg another game, 7-5 to Grant Dezura (Maple Ridge, BC) where Pierce responded with a 5-2 win over Martyn. Pierce won 6-0 against Stephen Schneider (Vancouver/Vernon, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Pierce earned 11.833 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic, moving up 121 spots the World Ranking Standings into 118th place overall with 15.044 total points.
