To advance to the championship game, Kim won 6-4 over Michelle Englot (Regina, SK) in the semifinals of the 2015 Canad Inns Women's Classic in Portage La Prairie, Manitoba, Canada; and won 5-4 over Kristy McDonald (Winnipeg, MB) in the quarterfinals. of the 2015 Canad Inns Women's Classic in Portage La Prairie, Manitoba, Canada;
 
Kim finished 4-1 in the 26-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kim defeated Stefanie Lawton (Saskatoon, SK) 7-6, then won 7-5 against Kerri Einarson (Winnipeg, MB). Kim went on to lose 5-3 against Tracy Fleury (Sudbury, NONT). Kim responded with a 7-2 win over McDonald. Kim won 8-1 against Nina Roth (Blaine, USA) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Canad Inns Women's Classic Championship title, Kim earned 62.864 world rankings points along with the $15,400CDN first prize cheque, moving up 3 spots the World Ranking Standings into 12th place overall with 267.104 total points. Kim ranks 6th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 143.474 points earned so far this season.
