Rachel Homan (Ottawa, ON) won 5-4 over Tracy Fleury (Sudbury, NONT) in the Final of the The National, held November 11 - 15, 2015 in Oshawa, Ontario. To advance to the championship game, Homan won 5-3 over Stefanie Lawton (Saskatoon, SK) in the semifinals of the 2015 The National in Oshawa, Ontario; and won 5-4 over Kelsey Rocque (Edmonton, AB) in the quarterfinals.
 
Homan finished 4-0 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Homan defeated Anna Hasselborg (Stockholm, SWE) 6-1, then won 7-5 against Chelsea Carey (Calgary, AB) and 9-4 against Kerri Einarson (Winnipeg, MB). Homan won 7-1 against Rocque in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the The National Championship title, Homan earned 76.981 world rankings points along with the $26,000CDN first prize cheque, remaining in 1st place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 791.773 total points. Homan ranks 1st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 417.613 points earned so far this season.
