Mick Lizmore (Edmonton, AB) won 5-3 over Jason Ackerman (Regina, SK) in the Final of the Red Deer Curling Classic, held October 23 - 26, 2015 in Red Deer, Alberta. To advance to the championship game, Lizmore won 6-4 over Josh Heidt (Kerrobert, SK) in the semifinals of the 2015 Red Deer Curling Classic in Red Deer, Alberta; and won 5-4 over Dean Joanisse (New Westminster, BC) in the quarterfinals. of the 2015 Red Deer Curling Classic in Red Deer, Alberta;
 
Lizmore finished 4-0 in the 32-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Lizmore defeated Bruce Korte (Saskatoon, SK) 7-5, then won 5-4 against Brady Clark (Seattle, WA) and 6-5 against Alberta's Aaron Sluchinski. Lizmore won 4-2 against Wade White (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Red Deer Curling Classic Championship title, Lizmore earned 35.791 world rankings points along with the $10,000CDN first prize cheque, moving up 7 spots the World Ranking Standings into 30th place overall with 112.658 total points. Lizmore ranks 21st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 63.888 points earned so far this season.
