To advance to the championship game, Gushue won 8-3 over Se Hyeon Seong (Uiseong, KOR) in the semifinals of the 2015 Uiseong International Curling Tour in Uiseong, Korea;
 
Gushue finished 4-1 in the 6-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Gushue defeated Yujin Seong (Uiseong, KOR) 8-1, then won 9-5 against Seong. Gushue went on to lose 18-5 against Kim. Gushue responded with a 22-2 win over Viktor Kim (Almaty, KAZ). Gushue won 9-3 against Ki Bok Lee (Uiseong, KOR) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Uiseong International Curling Tour, Gushue take home 0.000 world rankings points along with the $1,103CDN prize. Gushue gained 381.9 points improving upon their best events, though dropped 3 spots on the World Ranking Standings into 3rdplace overall with 381.900 total points.
