Braden Calvert (Winnipeg, MB) lost 5-3 to David Bohn (Winnipeg, MB) in the Final of the Nott Autocorp Thanksgiving Charity Open, held October 9 - 12, 2015 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. To advance to the championship game, Calvert won 5-3 over Taylor McIntyre (Winnipeg, MB) in the semifinals   of the 2015 Nott Autocorp Thanksgiving Charity Open in Winnipeg, Manitoba; and won 5-4 over Steen Sigurdson (Winnipeg, MB) in the quarterfinals.  of the 2015 Nott Autocorp Thanksgiving Charity Open in Winnipeg, Manitoba; 
 
Calvert finished 4-1 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Calvert lost 4-2 to Dennis Bohn (Winnipeg, MB), then responded with a 7-1 win over Coard Allard (Winnipeg, MB). Calvert won 7-3 against Trevor Loreth (Winnipeg, MB), then won 7-5 against Bob Sigurdson (Winnipeg, MB) and 9-1 against Ryan Lemoine (Winnipeg , MB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Nott Autocorp Thanksgiving Charity Open, Calvert take home 14.408 world rankings points along with the $1,250CDN prize, moving up 15 spots the World Ranking Standings into 55th place overall with 49.106 total points. Calvert ranks 52nd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 22.678 points earned so far this season.
