McCarville went on to lose 6-5 against Jolene Campbell (Regina, SK). McCarville lost 9-6 to Kerri Einarson (Winnipeg, MB) where McCarville responded with a 10-3 win over Karla Thompson (Kamloops, BC). McCarville won 7-2 against Marie-France Larouche (Levis, QC). McCarville went on to lose 6-4 against Jenn Hanna (Ottawa, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Scotties Tournament of Hearts, McCarville take home 44.805 world rankings points, moving up 8 spots the World Ranking Standings into 25th place overall with 188.848 total points.
