Jamie Danbrook (Halifax, NS) won 5-3 over Jamie Murphy (Halifax, NS) in the Final of the Truro Cashspiel, held December 11 - 13, 2015 at the Truro Curling Club in Truro, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Danbrook won 4-1 over Glen MacLeod (Halifax, NS) in the semifinals of the 2015 Truro Cashspiel in Truro, Nova Scotia, Canada; and won 6-5 over Ian Fitzner-Leblanc (Halifax, NS) in the quarterfinals. of the 2015 Truro Cashspiel in Truro, Nova Scotia, Canada;
 
Danbrook finished 3-1 in the 14-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Danbrook defeated Mike Flemming (Halifax, NS) 8-4, then won 7-3 against Fitzner-Leblanc. Danbrook went on to lose 7-1 against Murphy. Danbrook responded with a 8-1 win over Flemming in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Truro Cashspiel Championship title, Danbrook earned 17.734 world rankings points along with the $2,400CDN first prize cheque, moving up 21 spots the World Ranking Standings into 77th place overall with 55.358 total points. Danbrook ranks 67th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 43.258 points earned so far this season.
