Park finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Park defeated Rhett Friesz (Calgary, AB) 5-4, then won 8-1 against Harty. Park went on to lose 6-2 against Moulding. Park responded with a 7-1 win over Sean O'Connor (Calgary, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Black Diamond / High River Cash Championship title, Park earned 14.700 world rankings points along with the $2,000CDN first prize cheque. For week 15 of the event schedule, Park did not improve upon their best events, remaining at 88th place on the World Ranking Standings with 41.714 total points. Park ranks 81st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 31.417 points earned so far this season.
