Anderson finished 4-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Anderson lost 7-3 to Japan's Michiko Tomabechi, then responded with a 10-2 win over Jana Jelinkova (Prague, CZE). Anderson won 12-1 against Australia's Sandy Gagnon, then won 7-4 against Park and 6-5 against Eleanor Adviento (Naseby, NZL) in their final qualifying round match.
