Reto Keller (Bern, SUI) 5-3, then went on to lose 4-1 against David Murdoch (Stirling, SCO). Edin responded with a 4-3 win over Tom Brewster (Aberdeen, SCO). Edin went on to lose 7-3 against Sven Michel (Adelboden, SUI). Edin responded with a 6-2 win over Jia Liang Zang (Harbin, CHN). Edin won 7-1 against Jaap van Dorp (Zoetermeer, NED), then won 7-4 against Kyle Smith (Perth, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the EURONICS European Masters, Edin take home 21.244 world rankings points along with the $7,000CDN prize.
