Colleen Pinkney (Truro, NS) lost 8-5 to Suzanne Birt (Charlottetown, PEI) in the Final of the Sobeys Classic, held October 1 - 4, 2015 in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia. To advance to the championship game, Pinkney won 6-3 over Emily Dwyer (Halifax, NS) in the semifinals of the 2015 Sobeys Classic in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia;
 
Pinkney finished 3-2 in the 6-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Pinkney lost 8-4 to Shelly Bradley (Charlottetown, PEI), then responded with a 6-5 win over Jill Brothers (halifax, NS). Pinkney won 4-3 against Dwyer. Pinkney went on to lose 7-1 against Birt. Pinkney responded with a 5-1 win over Jocelyn Nix (Kentville, NS) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Sobeys Classic, Pinkney take home 0.000 world rankings points along with the $1,500CDN prize. For week 7 of the event schedule, Pinkney did not improve upon their best events, dropping from 329th to 331st place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 0.000 total points.
