Colleen Pinkney (Truro, NS) lost 8-5 to Suzanne Birt (Charlottetown, PEI) in the Final of the Sobeys Classic, held October 1 - 4, 2015 in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia. To advance to the championship game, Pinkney won 6-3 over Emily Dwyer (Halifax, NS) in the semifinals of the 2015 Sobeys Classic in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia;

Pinkney won 4-3 against Dwyer. Pinkney went on to lose 7-1 against Birt. Pinkney responded with a 5-1 win over Jocelyn Nix (Kentville, NS) in their final qualifying round match.
