In their opening game, Tardi defeated British Columbia's Gabriel Kwok 12-2, then won 6-2 against British Columbia's Paul Henderson and 8-2 against British Columbia's Connar Croteau. Tardi won 11-4 against British Columbia's Zane Bartlett in their final qualifying round match.
