Terry Corbin (Brantford, ON) won 3-2 over Dale Matchett (Cookstown, ON) in the Final of the Bromont Curling Classic, held March 11 - 13, 2016 in Lindsay, Ontario.

Corbin finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Corbin defeated Lyle Cully (Lindsay, ON) 10-5, then won 5-4 against Bill Harrison (Bobcaygeon, ON) and 7-3 against Henry Jetten (Lindsay, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Bromont Curling Classic Championship title, Corbin earned 8.944 world rankings points along with the $2,000CDN first prize cheque. For week 30 of the event schedule, Corbin did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Corbin ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
