To advance to the championship game, Wiens won 5-2 over Beth Peterson (Winnipeg, MB) in the semifinals of the 2015 MCT Championships in Dauphin, Manitoba; and won 5-4 over Melissa Barsewsky (Dauphin, MB) in the quarterfinals. of the 2015 MCT Championships in Dauphin, Manitoba;
 
Wiens finished 3-1 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wiens lost 7-4 to Peterson, then responded with a 11-7 win over Tiffany McLean (Winnipeg, MB). Wiens won 7-2 against Lisa Menard (Dauphin, MB), then won 6-4 against Kim Link (East St. Paul, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the MCT Championships Championship title, Wiens earned 19.837 world rankings points along with the $2,500CDN first prize cheque, moving up 7 spots the World Ranking Standings into 26th place overall with 151.163 total points.
