Alina Paetz (Zurich, SUI) finished 7-3 in the 6-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Paetz lost 8-2 to Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau PwC, SUI), droppimg another game, 5-4 to Binia Feltscher (Flims, SUI) where Paetz responded with a 6-4 win over Ursi Hegner (Uzwil, SUI). Paetz won 5-3 against Elena Stern (Wetzikon, SUI), then won 8-4 against Michele Jaeggi (Bern, SUI). Paetz went on to lose 7-5 against Feltscher. Paetz responded with a 6-4 win over Hegner. Paetz won 6-5 against Stern, then won 8-7 against Jaeggi and 7-1 against Tirinzoni in their final qualifying round match.

Paetz earned 20.228 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Swiss League Championship, remaining in 7th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 14.542 after improving upon their best so far this season.
