Apollonio won 12-5 against Pauline Jeanneret (Chamonix, FRA), then won 7-4 against Evita Regza (Riga, LAT) and 9-2 against Hannah Augustin (Kitzbuhel, AUT). Apollonio went on to lose 6-5 against Poland's Marta Szeliga-Frynia. Apollonio responded with a 7-5 win over Anna Kubeskova (Praha, CZE). Apollonio won 6-5 against Dilsat Yildiz (Erzurum, TUR), then won 9-1 against Gabriela Kajanova (Bratislava, SVK) in their final qualifying round match.
