Auld went on to lose 6-3 against Sherry Middaugh (Coldwater, ON). Auld responded with a 8-4 win over Jenn Hanna (Ottawa, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Ontario Scotties Qualifier, Auld take home 16.302 world rankings points. Auld move up 3 spots after posting a net gain of 15.67 points improving upon their best results so far this season, ranking 42nd overall with 106.127 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Auld ranks 33rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 82.554 points earned so far this season.
