Chyz won 6-0 against Kalynn Park (Lethbridge, AB), then won 7-1 against Susan O'Connor (Calgary, AB). Chyz went on to lose 7-6 against Marthaller. Chyz responded with a 9-3 win over Ramsay. Chyz won 5-2 against O'Connor in their final qualifying round match.

Chyz earned 7.013 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Alberta Scotties Southerns, dropping 2 spots on the World Ranking Standings into 51st place overall with 84.669 total points. Chyz ranks 42nd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 65.439 points earned so far this season.
