Richard Brower (White Rock, BC) finished 3-3 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Brower defeated Kent Bird (Abbotsford, BC) 9-8, then went on to lose 10-7 against Tyler Klymchuk (New Westminster, BC). Brower responded with a 9-6 win over Will House (Richmond, BC). Brower won 12-5 against Kevin Kelly (Delta, BC). Brower went on to lose 9-1 against Chase Martyn (New Westminster, BC). Brower lost 5-3 to Tyler Tardi (Langley, BC) in their final qualifying round match.

Brower earned 0.984 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 17 of the event schedule, Brower did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
