Chase Martyn (New Westminster, BC) finished 4-1 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Martyn defeated Al Roemer (Delta, BC) 9-7, then won 8-7 against Stephen Schneider (Vancouver, BC). Martyn went on to lose 6-4 against Michael Johnson (New Westminster, BC). Martyn responded with a 9-1 win over Richard Brower (White Rock, BC). Martyn won 10-7 against Schneider in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the BC CDI Lower Mainland Playdowns, Martyn take home 7.219 world rankings points. For week 17 of the event schedule, Martyn did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Martyn ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
