In their opening game, Roemer defeated Kevin Kelly (Delta, BC) 9-4, then went on to lose 9-7 against Chase Martyn (New Westminster, BC). Roemer lost 9-6 to Tyler Tardi (Langley, BC) where Roemer responded with a 8-2 win over Mike Freeman (Mission, BC). Roemer went on to lose 10-5 against Kelly in their final qualifying round match.
