To advance to the championship game, Comeau won 8-1 over Samantha Crook (Oromocto, NB) in the semifinals of the 2016 New Brunswick Junior Women in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada;
Comeau finished 3-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Comeau defeated Danielle Hubbard (Miramichi, NB) 10-3, then went on to lose 8-6 against Crook. Comeau responded with a 11-4 win over Molli Ward (Sackville, NB). Comeau won 8-1 against Crook. Comeau went on to lose 5-3 against Hubbard in their final qualifying round match.
