After advancing directly to the championship game, Samantha Crook (Oromocto, NB) lost 6-3 to Comeau in the Final of the New Brunswick Junior Women, held December 28 - 31, 2015 at the Riverside Golf and Curling Club in Saint John, Canada. Samantha Crook (Oromocto, NB) run at the 2016 New Brunswick Junior Women came to an end in the semifinals with a 8-1 loss to Justine Comeau (Fredericton, NB). of the 2016 New Brunswick Junior Women in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada;
 
Crook finished 5-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Crook defeated Molli Ward (Sackville, NB) 5-2, then won 8-6 against Comeau and 9-8 against Danielle Hubbard (Miramichi, NB). Crook went on to lose 8-1 against Comeau. Crook responded with a 9-6 win over Ward. Crook won 8-7 against Hubbard in their final qualifying round match.
 
. For week of the event schedule, Crook did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Crook ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
