Carson Ackerman (Saskatoon, SK) 8-5, then won 5-4 against Wayne Leippi (Kronau, SK). Dlouhy went on to lose 5-3 against Garrett Springer (Regina, SK). Dlouhy lost 7-6 to Jake Hersikorn (Saskatoon, SK) where Dlouhy responded with a 11-8 win over Sam Wills (Lumsden, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
