Christensen finished 7-2 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Christensen defeated Therese Westman (Stockholm, SWE) 8-6, then won 10-4 against Dilsat Yildiz (Erzurum, TUR). Christensen went on to lose 7-6 against Dorottya Palancsa (Budapest, HUN). Christensen responded with a 11-2 win over Evgeniy Demkina (Moscow, RUS). Christensen won 8-4 against Sophie Jackson (Sitrling, SCO). Christensen went on to lose 5-3 against Fay. Christensen responded with a 7-3 win over Elena Stern (Luzern, SUI). Christensen won 7-6 against Korea's Min Ji Kim, then won 11-3 against Ayano Tsuchiya (Karuizawa, JPN) in their final qualifying round match.
With their runner-up finish at the World Junior Curling Championships, Christensen take home 18.340 world rankings points. For week of the event schedule, Christensen did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
