MacLean finished 3-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, MacLean defeated Devin Schut (Cornwall, PEI) 6-3, then won 7-6 against Smith and 7-2 against Leslie Noye (Alberton, PEI). MacLean went on to lose 9-2 against Smith. MacLean lost 7-4 to Alex MacFadyen (Summerside, PEI) in their final qualifying round match.
