Courtney Auld (Toronto, ON) finished 5-5 in the 14-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Auld defeated Brooke Godsland (St. John's, NL) 9-2, then went on to lose 9-4 against Mary Fay (Chester, NS). Auld responded with a 13-5 win over Katie Fullerton (Cornwall, PEI). Auld won 14-4 against Alyssa Meger (Whitehorse, YK). Auld went on to lose 7-5 against Kourtney Fesser (Saskatoon, SK). Auld lost 8-4 to Sarah Daniels (New Westminster, BC). Auld lost 8-6 to Abby Ackland (Winnipeg, MB) where Auld responded with a 10-4 win over Justine Comeau (Fredericton, NB). Auld went on to lose 9-2 against Selena Sturmay (Airdrie, AB). Auld responded with a 9-4 win over Laurie St-Georges (Laval, QC) in their final qualifying round match.

Auld earned 1.832 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week of the event schedule, Auld did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Auld ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
